Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and listens actively.
• Crafts beverages and prep foods to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista and greeter roles as the shift calls for.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per operating standards.
• Brings core values to life and supports teammates with a positive attitude.
