Job summary

PJ's Coffee is seeking a dedicated barista to craft beverages and food with precision while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will help educate fellow staff and uphold PJ's standards for quality, speed, and friendliness across shifts.

As part of a hands-on team, you will learn the PJ's Way, operate cafe equipment efficiently, and contribute to a positive store environment that supports growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image of PJ's customers and coworkers.
• Proactively suggest beverages, snacks, and pastries to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare all beverages and foods to PJ's Coffee specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service and maintains clean, safe conditions.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Maintain daily shift checklists and par levels for sanitation and aesthetics.
• Notify management of operational needs and necessary improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules.
• Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and skills.
