• We have an opening for a full-time BARISTA position.
• Location: Israel Discount Bank - 1114 Avenue of the Americas 2nd, New York, NY 10036 Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Follows HACCP guidelines and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes.
• Enters orders into POS; accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follows recipes and standards for food prep.
• Greets customers and explains menu items.
• Serves food attractively and merchandises display foods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
