• Location: Nuveen - 730 Third Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10017 Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages. Handles food per HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares espresso and catering orders using standard recipes.
• Enters orders into POS; accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies; maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portioning, and temperature; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Ensures proper food prep using approved recipes.
• Keeps display equipment clean.
• Cleans equipment and workstation after use.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serves efficiently; prevents delays.
• Explains menu items accurately.
• Promotes sales techniques.
• Merchandises display foods attractively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
