Job Summary

Summary: Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and workspace.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean during service.
• Clean equipment and workstation after shifts.
• Greet and interact courteously with customers.
• Serve efficiently, explaining menu items as needed.
• Assist in selling and merchandising food items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
