Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and team members.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes.
• Accurately enters orders into POS; handles payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follows recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Displays food attractively and maintains display equipment.
• Cleans workstation before leaving.
• Provides courteous service, addresses customer concerns.
• Serves food efficiently, explains menu items.
• Uses selling techniques to enhance customer experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
