• We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.
• Location: McLeod Regional Medical Center - 555 East Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior barista experience required.
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso and other beverage orders using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS system and process payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of supplies.
4. Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
7. Greet and serve customers efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
8. Explain menu items and promote sales techniques.
9. Ensure display and serving standards are met.
10. Perform other assigned duties.
