We are hiring immediately for a full-time Barista position at Eurest.

Location: 3M - 2501 Hudson Road, Building 222, Saint Paul, MN 55144. Note: online applications accepted only.

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact with customers and staff courteously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately; accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and workspace.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and attractive.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly.
• Greet customers courteously and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve efficiently and prevent delays.
• Understand and explain menu items.
• Assist in selling and customer decision-making.
• Merchandise and serve food attractively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
