• We are hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions.
• Location: Intel - 2501 North East Century Boulevard, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact with customers and team members courteously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; accept cash and card payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes.
• Keep display equipment clean and debris-free.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers efficiently; prevent delays.
• Understand and explain menu items.
• Assist in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
