Job Opening: Full-Time Barista

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Barista position at Eurest.

• Location: RTX McKinney - 2501 West University, McKinney, TX 75071. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am - 3:15 pm. Additional details provided during interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares espresso and other orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS, accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workspace.
• Follows recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Ensures display foods are attractive and served neatly.
• Greets customers courteously, provides menu information, and ensures satisfaction.
• Supports selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
