• We are hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions.
• Location: Ballad Health Holston Valley Medical Center - 130 West Ravine Road, Kingsport, TN 37660. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Days may vary. 5:00 am to 2:45 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service and barista/coffee shop experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages, adhering to HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes.
• Accurately enters orders and processes payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Follows HACCP standards for food safety and presentation.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Ensures proper food preparation and display.
• Greets customers courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
• Explains menu items and promotes sales techniques.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
