Job Summary

Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts payments.
3. Replenishes condiments, beverages, supplies; maintains cleanliness.
4. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperature; follows HACCP standards.
5. Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, utensils.
6. Follows recipes and production standards for food prep.
7. Keeps display equipment clean during service.
8. Cleans equipment and workstation after use.
9. Greet customers courteously, ensure satisfaction, relay concerns.
10. Serves efficiently, prevents delays.
11. Understands and explains menu items.
12. Assists in selling and customer decision-making.
13. Merchandises display foods attractively and serves neatly.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
