• We are hiring immediately for a full time BARISTA position.
• Location: T. Rowe Price Cafe 37 Starbucks - 4515 Painters Mill Road, Owings Mills, MD 2117 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Thursday, 6:30 am - 4:15 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous barista, retail, and foodservice experience is a plus.

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverages, following HACCP guidelines. Interacts courteously with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper food presentation, temperature, and quality standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
7. Explain menu items accurately and promote sales techniques.
8. Ensure attractive merchandising of display foods.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
