Job Details

• Location: The Shuman - 263 Shuman Boulevard, Naperville, IL 60563. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Requirement: Previous catering experience and a valid Food Handler's permit preferred.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso and other beverages using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS and handle payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Ensure proper food presentation and temperature, following HACCP standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Serve customers efficiently, explain menu items, and promote sales.
7. Ensure attractive display of foods and neat serving.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
