We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.

Location: 3M - 2501 Hudson Road, Building 222, Saint Paul, MN 55144. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Prior barista experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handles food per HACCP standards, and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately; accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Prepares food following recipes and standards.
• Keeps display equipment clean.
• Greets customers courteously and explains menu items.
• Serves food attractively and merchandises display foods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
