• We are hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions.
• Location: Thrivent ETC - 600 Portland Avenue South 255, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages. Handles food per HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes.
• Enters orders into POS; accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follows recipes and standards for food prep.
• Keeps display equipment clean.
• Greets customers courteously and ensures satisfaction.
• Explains menu items accurately.
• Supports sales techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandises display foods attractively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
