We are hiring immediately for full-time BARTENDER positions at Capital One Landing, Arlington, VA. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary, with more details provided during the interview.

Requirements: Bartending experience required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties

1. Adhere to liquor laws and regulations.
2. Set up and stock the bar.
3. Maintain quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
4. Greet guests courteously.
5. Take and serve drink orders, garnish drinks, and manage cash transactions.
6. Check IDs and detect guest intoxication.
7. Secure beverage and cash assets.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization.
9. Arrange bar displays and sterilize glassware.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
