Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages, handle food according to HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso and other beverage orders using standard recipes.
2. Process orders accurately and handle payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
7. Greet customers and ensure satisfaction, relaying concerns to supervisors.
8. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring no delays.
9. Understand and explain menu items to customers.
10. Assist in selling and merchandising food items.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
