We are hiring immediately for a full and part-time BARISTA position at Eurest, located at Oak Brook, 22 - 1301 West 22nd Street, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time shifts, including Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (16 hrs/wk) for Barista duties, and Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM (5 hrs/wk) for Driver Helper duties, totaling 21 hrs per week. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous barista experience is preferred. The role involves transporting food via a company-provided van up to 20 miles away on Monday and Wednesday mornings. A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP guidelines. Interact with customers and team members courteously.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare espresso and catering orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS, accept payments.
• Replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Serve customers efficiently, explain menu items, and promote sales techniques.
• Display foods attractively and serve neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
