Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, plus six months of experience in customer service; or relevant education and experience.
• Ability to complete Initial Store Training and pass barista certification with a score of 90% or better.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends regularly, any shift, and overtime as needed.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
