Sodexo is hiring a Barista to deliver exceptional customer service and craft high-quality beverages. You will greet guests, prepare a variety of coffee and tea drinks, and maintain a clean work area.

The position requires meeting guest specifications, suggesting items, and handling sales with accuracy. The role involves standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting, with full-time hours and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer Service related work experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Produces and serves hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, etc.) per guest specifications.
• Maintains clean coffee bar, restaurant areas, and preparation spaces.
• Educates guests about menu offerings and suggests additional items.
• Arranges coffee bar supplies and displays attractively.
• Records sales, handles cash and operates a cash register following cash-handling procedures.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
