The Barista I at Sodexo delivers exceptional customer service while preparing hand-crafted beverages according to guest preferences. You will take orders, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, inviting coffee bar.

Compliance with HACCP and safety procedures is expected, with opportunities to learn through classroom and on-the-job training. Responsibilities include greeting customers, brewing drinks, assisting with menu education, and ensuring speedy delivery of beverages and food items

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Customer Service related work experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Mix and serve hot and cold beverages per customer specifications.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments following procedures.
• Educate guests about menu offerings and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, neat beverage and work area, including machines.
• Attend safety and sanitation trainings as required.
