Responsibilities

• Demonstrate current knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso bar, and pastry stations.
• Follow company standards and maintain work area and equipment to Health Department standards.
• Provide exceptional customer experience using Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills.
• Educate, sample, and serve craveable food and beverage products.
• Open/close area with checklist and confirm with Manager on Duty.
• Maintain PAR stock levels and product presentations.
• Produce and present freshly prepared products per Starbucks recipes and speed standards.
• Follow Starbucks merchandising and signing standards.
• Maintain hygiene and professional dress code as required.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect among colleagues and customers.
