Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso bar, and pastry stations.
• Follow company standards and maintain work area and equipment per Health Department standards.
• Follow Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Educate, sample, and serve craveable food and beverage products.
• Open/close area with checklist and verify completion with Manager on Duty.
• Maintain PAR stock levels and ensure product presentation standards.
• Produce and present freshly prepared products following Starbucks recipes and speed of service.
• Follow merchandising and signing standards.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress to comply with standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and customers.
