Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Barista to prepare Starbucks beverages and deliver caring hospitality in a busy retail environment. Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso, and pastries.
• Follow company standards and maintain work area and equipment according to Health Department standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service following Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills.
