Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/operating instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso bar, and pastries.
• Follow company standards to maintain work area and equipment per Health Department rules.
• Provide exceptional customer service using Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling skills.
• Educate, sample, and serve customers with craveable food and beverage items.
• Open/close area with checklist and get Manager on Duty sign-off.
• Maintain PAR stock levels and presentation quality of products.
