As part of the Experience Curators team, you will prepare beverages to brand standards, engage with guests, manage POS, and uphold cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced café.

This role emphasizes flexibility, weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within Coury Hospitality's design-led hospitality group.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Experience in barista, coffee shop, F&B, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso and specialty coffee beverages preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and café offerings to brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in the café.
• Restock products, supplies, and ingredients as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory counts, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with Experience Curators to deliver a seamless guest experience.
