Qualifications

• Barista and table service experience.
• TIPS certification required.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• In-depth knowledge of NYC Department of Health standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of coffees/teas for to-go and seated guests.
• Provide exemplary service by engaging with guests and knowledge of menus.
• Properly execute all steps of food and beverage counter and table service.
• Maintain POS cash controls per company guidelines (cash, credit cards, discounts, comps).
• Ensure all standards are exceeded in guest welcome, orders, delivery, and clearing tables.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Perform inventory counts as required by supervisor.
• Respond positively to guest requests and execute checklists on shift.
