Job summary

Impact Kitchen in New York City is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member (GETM) to uphold our high hospitality standards. You will take orders, serve guests, and prepare beverages with care while fostering a welcoming community at the front of house.

You’ll collaborate with Culinary Experience teammates, handle take-out orders, and support multiple stations. Availability on days, evenings, and weekends is required to match business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Ability to multitask across serving, taking orders and beverages.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing best-in-class hospitality to guests, vendors and delivery partners.
• Performing serving duties including taking orders and delivering dishes.
• Preparing take-out orders for guests and delivery partners.
• Inputting orders into POS accurately to ensure smooth service.
• Preparing beverages with quality and consistency.
• Supporting other restaurant tasks to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of workstations.
