Job summary

Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Coffee Shop Barista to deliver high-quality drinks and snacks from Monday to Friday. You will work with the Coffee Shop Coordinator to ensure fast, accurate service and a welcoming experience for every guest.

This full-time role (75 hours per pay period) requires excellent customer service, POS proficiency, and the ability to stand and lift up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Barista experience in food service preferable.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds and stand/walk up to 90% of shift.
• Proficient with POS systems.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide personal service.
• Prepare, serve and sell a variety of coffee and food items.
• Operate the POS register accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Educate customers about GRHC products and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary practices in the coffee shop.
