Unidine in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time Barista to join our culinary team at Homestead Village. Shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with a starting pay range of $16.50–$18.50 per hour. Previous barista and customer service experience is preferred, and training will be provided.

The role focuses on crafting coffee and espresso drinks, handling POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, efficient service area in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior barista and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Maintains cleanliness of service area and implements HACCP guidelines.
• Greet customers courteously and respond to questions about menu items.
