Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic safety and operating instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, espresso, and pastry stations.
• Follow company standards and keep work area and equipment clean per Health Department rules.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accept buyers through Magic Selling steps.
• Educate customers about food and beverage options and samples.
• Open/close area with checklist and verify completion with Manager on Duty.
