Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to welcome guests, prepare handcrafted beverages and foods, and maintain food safety standards on the store floor. The role emphasizes fast, friendly service and teamwork in a busy environment.

You will greet guests, assist with product needs, and support Drive Up and OPU processes while upholding Target and Starbucks standards. Prior experience helps, but training is provided; flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other tech as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
