Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and delivering on commitments.
• Greet at 10ft and 4ft zones, engage warmly and initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues and Thank guests at checkout.
• Support teammates and adapt to business needs to deliver a smooth experience.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to recipe cards, maintain food safety.
• Record cleaning tasks and monitor temperature-sensitive items as required.
• Maintain in-store signage, inventory accuracy and drive-up/OPU processes.
• Engage with guests to meet expectations and uphold Starbucks standards.
