Job summary

La Colombe is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth, and unforgettable service to every cup we craft. You will learn the La Colombe way and become a coffee expert as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be trained to create drinks with consistency and care, own your station, and engage with guests to deliver a welcoming experience. This role offers opportunities for growth and a vibrant team culture with free coffee.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!)
• Takes pride in being part of a team and embodies all of our One Dove principles- Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting

• Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style (don’t worry—we’ll train you too)
