Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Comfortable using a POS system.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with strong initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the café—engage with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection.
• Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style (we’ll train you).
