La Colombe is hiring a Barista to bring energy, warmth, and unforgettable service to every cup. You will be part of a vibrant café team, engaging with guests, crafting drinks, and upholding our brand standards.

Training will cover our coffee program and service rituals to ensure consistency and hospitality across shifts. Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality where the focus is customer facing.
• Embodies kindness, respect, efficiency and cleanliness.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the café—engage with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection.
• Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style with training provided.
• Own your station, your shift, and your energy; demonstrate responsibility and respect.
