La Colombe is seeking a Barista to deliver energy, warmth, and unforgettable service in our cafe. You will greet customers, take orders, and craft drinks with care, supported by training to become a coffee expert in the La Colombe way.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, staying organized and delivering consistent quality while upholding hospitality values. This role includes free coffee and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus (training provided).
• Follows One Dove principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, Cleanliness.
• Comfortable using a POS system.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting.

• Be the face of the café—engage with customers and take orders.

• Own your station, shift, and energy; show responsibility and respect.
• Keep the space clean; cleanliness is part of the experience.
