Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain Gregorys Coffee standards and protocols.
• Know and communicate about the coffee program and individual coffees.
• Explain coffees, components, history, and brewing methods to customers.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, scales, timers, POS, and mobile payments.
• Restock all store areas including coffee bar and back rooms.
• Perform opening, closing, and mid-day tasks.
• Learn and perfect latte art.
• Keep store clean and organized, including pastry case and condiment area.
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure complete orders.
• Resolve guest complaints with tact or escalate to leadership when needed.
• Receive and check supplier orders and invoices against deliveries.
• Record temperatures as required.
• Work in a high-volume environment prioritizing efficiency, service, and quality.
