Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by asking about coffee interests and needs.
• Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee menu.
• Sell coffee and equipment by explaining differences and operating brewing devices.
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks using prescribed recipes (espresso, caffe latte, cappuccino).
• Keep equipment running, perform maintenance and call for repairs as needed.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and compliance with regulations.
• Support store/coffee bar quality by evaluating processes and improving appearance.
• Operate POS for part of the shift (minimum 4 hours).
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Assist with monthly store breakdown for deep cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of position.
