Job summary

• Must have bartending experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
• Input and ring-up charges for guest orders using the POS system and create a check for each transaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment.
• Maintain proper setup of bar daily before, during, and after shift; refill ice, beer bins, and supplies.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and directions.
• Maintain constant contact with internal and external guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Make beverage recommendations to guests with meals.
• Assist management with orders and inventory as needed.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
