85°C Bakery Cafe in Sugar Land, TX is seeking Storefront Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences across busy shifts. The role supports coffee and beverage preparation, product presentation, and daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or hospitality experience. Weekend availability and good communication are highly valued for this on-site position with flexible full-/part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Speak conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assist with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-train in multiple areas (Cashier, Bar, Bread, Cake).
• Arrive on time and ready to work each shift.
