Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an entry-level Storefront Associate to deliver friendly, fast, and memorable service to guests every day. You will greet customers, help with product selection, operate the POS system, and prepare coffee and beverages.

You will also assist with bread merchandising, keep a clean, food-safe work area, and collaborate with teammates and store leadership to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
