85°C Bakery Cafe in Austin, TX is hiring for an entry-level role with both full-time and part-time options. You will provide friendly, fast service, greet guests, and help with product selection while operating the POS and preparing beverages.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends. ServSafe certification may be required where applicable; benefits and growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assist with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-train in multiple areas including: Cashier, Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
