Qualifications

• Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willingness to obtain a food handler certification.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and beverages to customer specifications.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming café experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of counter, equipment, and dining area.
• Assist with stocking baked goods, pastries, and merchandise.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
