Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, food, or retail (preferred).
• Friendly, reliable, and flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to learn menu items and seasonal promotions.
• Comfort with operating a POS system and basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful service.
• Inform guests about menu items and promotions.
• Operate Toast POS accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and maintain product quality and displays.
• Keep the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support team across stations as needed.
