Qualifications

• 1+ years cake decorating or culinary experience preferred.
• Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Decorate and assemble cakes and desserts following recipes and brand standards.
• Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components.
• Maintain an organized, clean, food-safe decorating station.
• Manage daily production to meet café demand and ensure visually appealing displays.
• Support special orders and guest customization needs with enthusiasm.
• Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently.
• Monitor equipment and inventory, reporting issues promptly.
• Train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures.
• Complete waste logs, production sheets, and prep reports accurately.
• Adapt to other bakery tasks as part of a dynamic team.
