Job summary

St. Cloud Scheels is seeking a motivated team member to join our food service team. You will prepare fudge products and assist in daily café operations, delivering friendly service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility is required: schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with some weekends and holidays. A high school education and a willingness to learn will help you succeed at Scheels.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Willingness to learn and follow Scheels policies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced food-service environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare fudge products and sell to customers.
Perform restaurant functions (deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge) as assigned.
Follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances.
Ensure products are received and stored according to SOPs.
Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools and guidelines.
Ensure cash control and till management per Scheels guidelines.
Manage side work, cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures.
Maintain knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods.
Maintain an orderly, clean workspace and surroundings.
Be professional, respectful, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
