• Perform all Barista, Café, and Fuzziwigs Candy Shop functions as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of Café recipes, beverages, and prepared foods.
• Meet deadlines for fudge production and customer requests.
• Follow all food safety guidelines by Scheels and local ordinances.
• Ensure products are received and stored per guidelines.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain a clean personal workspace and dining areas.
• Perform repetitive fudge production tasks such as stirring and cutting.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers and employees.
• Read and interpret operating and safety documents.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
