• Set up, maintain, and clean coffee stations and service areas.
• Ensure cafe areas are clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Communicate with team and leadership for smooth daily operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Support team during busy periods and contribute to a collaborative environment.

• Serve food items and grab-and-go offerings while ensuring proper presentation and portioning.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and member charge transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cash drawers and follow all cash-handling procedures and company policies.
• Stock and replenish beverage coolers, food displays, service ware, and café supplies throughout each shift.
• Set up, maintain, and clean coffee stations, food displays, and service areas.
• Ensure all café areas remain clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You Bring To The Table

• Previous barista, café, coffee shop, food and beverage, or hospitality experience preferred.
